Commercial electrical construction is at the core of CVE’s 107-year history and remains the cornerstone of our business. We have spent over a century working side by side with general contractors and other trade partners shaping the skyline one building at a time here in Utah, across the country, and around the world.

CVE is made up of expert electricians, commercial electrical engineers, and all other support staff and workers that keep a commercial electrical company moving in the 21st century. The CVE team takes a comprehensive approach to projects, involving our in-house electrical engineering and design professionals, preconstruction team, project management, field leadership, and skilled union workforce. In addition to commercial electrical construction services, we specialize in mission critical projects, design build, design assist, and IPD delivery methods.

Starting with preconstruction, we build value into every project with an experienced estimating team, electrical engineers, an in-house BIM & VDC team, preconstruction management professionals, and a Lean prefabrication facility. Our project management team is involved from inception, coordinating preconstruction efforts with field supervision who, in turn, direct our skilled union labor force.

Our projects range in size from a few thousand dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars, but one thing remains consistent: our quality craftsmanship, safely delivered on time, and within budget.
