Utah State University Clinical Services Building

The new Clinical Services Building for Utah State University’s College of Education and Human Services (CEHS) is a state-of-the-art facility for adults, adolescents, and families to receive a variety of clinical services, all within one building. USU’s Clinical Services Building was a new approach from DFCM for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP). The project was a design assist and included preconstruction services.

Scope of Work

CVE assisted the design team in designing a system that is in accordance with all national, state and local codes, laws and ordinances. Systems included:

• Low Voltage Raceways
• General Electrical Distribution
• Fire Alarms
• Lighting and Lighting Controls
• Access Controls
• General Electrical and Convenience Power
