S&S Worldwide

S&S is a company of over 100 employees located in Logan, Utah. S&S started just over 20 years ago manufacturing amusement rides. One of their most iconic, and first, rides is the Space Shot located atop the Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since that installation, S&S has installed hundreds of rides around the world including both the original tower’s and many innovative and record breaking roller coasters (including the Guinness Book of Work Records fastest launched coaster for 2000).

As the largest manufacturer of amusement rides in America, it was time for S&S to expand their operations. Their new facility will provide more room for both our administrative and technical staff as well as increase our production capabilities CVE and S&S implemented many cost savings designs in the new electrical systems, including the use of LED’s throughout the building, new control systems, and an increase of the electrical service for more efficient operations of equipment. They also anticipated future prototyping by strategically locating electrical service points throughout the building and yard.

CVE’s ability to assist in value engineering and experience in many fields (electrical, IT, communications, and security) helped S&S save money and combine many facets of their building to a single source turnkey package, as well as an on-schedule project completion.
