Cache Valley Electric Opens Newly Renovated Office in Albany, Oregon

LOGAN, UTAH — July 10, 2025 — Cache Valley Electric (CVE), a national leader in electrical and technology services, has completed the renovation of a dedicated office in Albany, Oregon—strengthening its presence in the Pacific Northwest and supporting continued growth across multiple divisions.

Located at 2400 Pacific Blvd. S.W., the newly renovated 3-acre facility now serves as the home base for CVE’s Northwest Line Division. While CVE has operated in the Albany area for the past five years, this marks the company’s first standalone space tailored to long-term operations in the region. Acquired in 2022, the building—originally constructed as a local auto dealership—was redesigned by Varitone Architecture and delivered in partnership with local tradespeople. The renovation preserved key architectural features such as the original ceiling and exposed truss work, while modernizing the space for team operations, meeting areas, and future expansion to support additional CVE divisions as demand grows.

In addition to its work in Albany, CVE has maintained a strong presence in Portland for over 20 years. Its Teledata and Technology Services Division supports commercial and industrial clients across Oregon and Washington with low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and technology infrastructure solutions.
