We’re looking for a motivated Constructability Coordinator to join our Electrical Construction team in Salt Lake City, UT.  If you are passionate about efficiency and helping work run smoothly, this role could be an excellent opportunity for your career advancement.

What you’ll do:

• Assist in the coordination of project schedules, including field date changes and milestone
• Coordinate with the VDC team to create and maintain 3D models and related deliverables
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and models for constructability and compliance with standards
• Partner with field leadership to identify and manage prefabrication opportunities from planning to installation
• Review project needs and develop prefab work packages using digital tools
• Collaborate with prefab team on completion, quality control, and delivery of prefab items

What you’ll bring:

• Must possess and maintain an journeyman electrical license
• An understanding of digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Navisworks, GTP Stratus and Bluebeam is beneficial, but not required
• Familiarity with VDC tools and processes
• Experience in the electrical contracting industry, especially on big projects
• Familiarity with contract documents, including drawings, subcontracts, specifications, addendum, and change orders
• Good communication skills—both written and in-person
• A knack for solving problems and finding a smarter way to do things
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, priorities and projects
• Willingness to learn and teach new software systems and processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
