LOGAN, UTAH - May 28, 2025 - Cache Valley Electric (CVE) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Rouser Automation LLC, a provider of precision industrial control systems and automation solutions. The addition of Rouser marks a strategic expansion of CVE's in-house capabilities, strengthening its ability to deliver fully integrated, end-to-end project execution across key markets.
Rouser Automation brings expertise in UL508A-certified control panel fabrication, PLC and HMI programming, robotics and motion control, OEM design and build services, SCADA systems, automation project consulting, and vision systems integration. As part of the acquisition, Rouser will operate as its own division within CVE and will be based out of the company's Logan corporate office.
Jake Nesbit, who has led Rouser Automation and now serves as Director of the division within CVE, will continue to oversee its operations from the Logan corporate office.
