ENR and EC&M Rankings for 2013

Cache Valley Electric has been ranked as the 24th largest electrical contractor in the nation according to Engineering News Record (a McGraw Hill Publication).  CVE was also ranked 60th among all categories of specialty contractors nationally. ENR Magazine annually rates the Largest Electrical Contractors and the Top 600 Specialty Contractors in the United States based on annual revenue. Cache Valley Electric was recently recognized as one of the 2011 Kennecott Utah Copper (KUC) Top 30 suppliers. Engineering News Record Mountain States magazine has recently recognized Cache Valley Electric as the 2011 Specialty Contractor of the Year. ENR (a McGraw Hill Publication) awarded CVE this prestigious honor because of its longevity, consistent service and steady leadership through the recent recession. Brett Hugie appointed CFO/Director of Operations of CVE

Cache Valley Electric is pleased to announce that Brett Hugie was recently appointed as the Chief Financial Officer/Director of Operations of Cache Valley Electric Company. Brett graduated with degrees in accounting and management information systems from Utah State University before joining an international accounting firm in Los Angeles, California. He worked with this firm for 11 years in their Los Angeles, Phoenix and Salt Lake City offices. Brett served the income tax, merger and acquisition and overall consulting needs of clients ranging from owner/operator entities to large multi-national companies. Cache Valley Electric awarded several contracts for new Morgan Stanley Building

Cache Valley Electric’s Electrical Construction Division has been awarded the contract for the new Morgan Stanley Building. This 3 story, 107,000 square foot data center is located in Sandy, Utah. Cache Valley Electric is responsible for all of the building systems that include security, UPS, emergency generators, transfer switches and electrical distribution. The General Contractor for this project is EK Bailey, headquartered in Ogden, Utah. The anticipated completion for this project is October 2007.…
