Cache Valley Electric’s Technology Services Division has recently been awarded Cisco’s prestigious Silver status partner level. The criteria for this level is to meet certain levels of personnel, support, specialization and customer satisfaction. Cisco places great emphasis on customer satisfaction. In order to maintain this Silver status, Cache Valley Electric will be required to participate in Cisco’s customer satisfaction program and meet the objectives outlined by Cisco.
